We install rooftop solar panels on your buildings, providing low-cost renewable energy to building occupants. #### Support Local Businesses By keeping energy generation and economic activity local, we ensure the benefits stay within your community. This includes supporting renewables companies, farmers and local enterprises. #### £2 per Each MWh of Power Traded Donated to Local Community Groups For every MWh of energy traded, £2 is donated to local community groups, helping tackle social issues, such as fuel poverty. ## Small and Medium Enterprises We do all surveys and secure all required permissions, free of charge. If viable, we can fully fund the installation, and we take care of all lifetime costs, including operation, maintenance, billing and administration. The power is sold to your building occupants, and any excess is traded within the Local Energy Community.   ![iStock-1424196859](https://consensuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/iStock-1424196859.jpg?width=2000&height=1333&name=iStock-1424196859.jpg "iStock-1424196859") #### Fully funded installation solar if suitable roof #### Receive an income for every megawatt of power sold from the roof to the tenants #### A proportion of every megawatt traded goes to local charities Express interest today ![iStock-1325740666](https://consensuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/iStock-1325740666.jpeg?width=2000&height=1351&name=iStock-1325740666.jpeg "iStock-1325740666") ## Local Authorities Councils have a mandate to reduce emissions in your areas, whilst supporting economic growth and your local communities. We provide a method to achieve all three, with no public sector capital required.   We’re working with several local authorities, Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and other local representative groups. #### Support businesses keeping the economic activity local where possible #### Save money by trading excess power from local P2P participants #### Clean power is provided from nearby "out-of-town" renewable generators Enquire today ## How it works? 1. ### Clean Power from Nearby Generators Energy is sourced from local renewable generators, including solar, wind and farm-based anaerobic digestion plants. 2. ### Peer-to-Peer Energy Trading (P2P) Excess power generated on one business rooftop is traded with other businesses in the community via our energy trading platform. This reduces energy costs for all participants. 3. ### Community Ownership of Assets Any generation assets, such as rooftop solar, are offered to local people through crowdfunding, ensuring financial benefits remain within the community. #### Solar installed at zero cost to you Your building occupants receive cheap, green power and you support your local community #### Earn a Commission for every megawatt sold to tenants Create an extra income source per unit generated on your roofs #### Improve your EPC rating Increase the value of your asset and EPC rating, meeting your environmental targets ### The Empower Community Foundation has supported 0 \+ Solar roofs 0 \+ Businesses 0 \+ Megawatts of energy traded Find out more ## Promote energy  solutions in your community **By keeping energy generation and economic activity local, we ensure the benefits stay within your community. This includes supporting renewables companies, farmers, local enterprises and any other participants.**   **By engaging with us, you’re joining a community that’s committed to creating a better future.** ![Norwich Solar System](https://consensuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Norwich%20Solar%20System.png?width=1800&height=900&name=Norwich%20Solar%20System.png) #### The Norwich Solar System ConsensusPower is partnering with Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) to deliver the Norwich Solar System. This forward-thinking initiative aims to convert unused business rooftops into solar power producers, playing a significant role in achieving Norwich’s Net-Zero Carbon objectives.
