I seek to help create local energy markets, looking strategically at each location to identify suitable land for generation potential, engage with existing and new generators to eventually match to local consumers. I engage with community and farming groups to generate interest in local energy projects.

I believe in the vision of locally generated and locally used energy. I think it's important to create resilience within the local network and provide community benefits. The idea of treating solar energy as an energy crop that supports farmers and doesn't permanently alter the land is compelling to me. I want to be part of a solution that offers a sustainable and community-focused approach to energy generation.
Fun facts
A fun fact about me is that I used to be a caver. I once spent five consecutive nights underground exploring caves during my university days. Nowadays I stay above ground walking, mountain climbing and exploring historic locations.
