My role at ConsensusPower includes project management, technology, administration and operations. I'm responsible for integrating tools, supporting team members with technical issues, and ensuring the effective use of our internal software. I also contribute to product strategy and work closely with the tech team on high-level product discussions.

I choose to work for organisations that have a meaningful mission and journey ahead of them. The pressing issue of climate change inspires me to support and work in companies that seek to tackle it and ConsensusPower is doing this is in a really innovative way. I appreciate the focus on empowering communities to be more independent from larger entities, such as governments, and less affected by external factors like international conflicts. This aligns with my values and the kind of impact I want to have with my work.
