At ConsensusPower, my main role involves site acquisition and everything related to it. I identify companies with land around them to explore the possibility of direct wire connections. My background is in property, particularly dealing with contaminated brownfield sites, which has equipped me to handle land and site owners, including farmers. Additionally, I work on mapping locations and sites for developing direct wire opportunities, often collaborating with Henry on this.

I am involved because I enjoy what I'm doing. The technology now allows us to work efficiently without having to travel extensively. I have a background in property and land acquisition, and I find it fulfilling to use my expertise in identifying opportunities for solar energy projects. Additionally, I also enjoy staying active and working within an experienced and motivated team.
Fun facts
I used to play golf on a regular basis, but I had to stop playing due to an injury. Now, I enjoy spending time with my four grandchildren, ages four to eight years old, and walking around our local countryside and nearby coastal areas. I am also an active Parish Councilor within our local Parish Council.
